Pay Transparency:
The pay range is $26.25 to $39.38 per hour, but no less than the local minimum wage. Starting rates will vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement. Dependent on length of service, hours worked and any applicable collective bargaining agreement, benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay (accrued based on hours worked), PTO/Vacation pay (accrued based on hours worked), paid holidays (between 7-9 days annually), bereavement pay, and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401k eligibility).
What you will be doing
The Production Maintenance Technician at the Central Fulfillment Center is responsible for all equipment support of the pharmacy fulfillment center. This involves working closely with the IT Specialist to ensure optimal conditions for production equipment as well as peripherals, i.e., printers, scanners, sensors, filling pods, conveyer belts and sorting machines. This will involve training and collaboration with the pharmacy automation vendor and sub-vendors who provide compressors, conveyors, and other equipment that support the production line. The Production Maintenance Technician would be troubleshooting, testing, and resolving equipment issues along with the vendor technicians. The role will also include site point-of-contact duties for a variety of maintenance tasks.
The position will be based in Ridgefield, WA. The role provides support for a production facility that operates Sunday-Friday on two shifts from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Flexibility will be required. A typical 40-hour workweek with occasional overtime is to be expected depending on production needs/maintenance project work.
